My cousin underwent treatment by Dr. Chalukya Gunasekera for skin issues and has now fully recovered. From what I have seen, she is among the most reputable dermatologists in Sri Lanka

She gives a bigger list to follow, which will be an expensive one. If you can afford it, you can follow her.
I went for a skin treatment; the whole list given by her is with skin brightening creams cost more than 75k.

Bro I got treatment for dark under eye and keloid scar. my spouse went there for face treatments and Botox.

I'm happy with my treatment.

For dry skin I recommend good body cream like Palmer's cocoa butter cream and don't use any soap or body wash and don't use hot water. Use baby body wash if needed. I also have dry skin of I don't use body cream.
