5.49 pm And that is the end of the day. What a turnaround for Sri Lanka? They took the lead courtesy fantastic double-century from Kumar Sangakkara and a serene 91 from the captain who also declared the innings just in time to have a crack at the Pakistani batsmen. And Herath fetched one wicket just in time before the close. This match is not as dead as it has tried to project for the last two days. Sri Lanka, with a lead of 78 are right ahead with a win in their peripheral vision. A couple of good hours for their bowlers tomorrow will be enough to seal this match. It will once again be down to Misbah and Co to take their team to safety.
All in all, a cracking day of Test cricket awaits us. A big factor in bringing Sri Lanka to this position was Sangakkara. The batsman ensured he completed the 200 that was there for the taking and in the process, he went past Brian Lara to be second behind Don Bradman in the list of batsmen with most double-centuries. He is fast creeping up on the three legends ahead of him on the run-scoring charts - Kallis, Ponting and Tendulkar - and it would be no surprise if he goes on to surpass all of them. මගේ නම හේමන්ත. මේ සිද්ධිය වන විට මට වයස අවුරුදු 20ක් විතර ඇති. ඒ දවස්වල මට ජොබ් එකකුත් නැති නිසා ගෙදරට වෙලා තමයි හිටියෙ.
අම්මයි තාත්තයි වැඩට යන නිසා දවල් කාලයේ දී තනියම මම ගෙදර.අපේ ගෙදරට පිටින් ඉස්තෝප්පු කොටසේ තවත් කාමරයක් තියෙනවා. මේක අපි කුළියට දීලා තිබුණා අංකල් කෙනෙක්ටයි ඇන්ටි කෙනෙක්ටයි.
එයාලා මෙකේ පදිංචියට ඇවිල්ලා මාස 06ක් විතර වෙනවා. දෙන්නම මාර හොදයි. ඇන්ටිගෙ නම දම්මි. එයා පෞද්ගලික ආයතනයක වැඩ කරනවා. අංකලුත් ජොබ් එකක් කරනවා.

ඉතිං ඇන්ටි ගැන කියනව නම් එයාට වයස අවුරුදු 35ක් විතර ඇති. තලඑලලුයි. හොඳ කඳක්. හැබැයි එයා මට මාර ආදරෙයි. එයාල කෑම හැදුවම ව්‍යංජන සමහර දවස්වලට මටත් දෙනවා.මුල් කාලේ ඇන්ටි ගැන මට තිබුනේ මාර ආදරයක්. නමුත් මාස කිහිපයක් වන විට ඇන්ටි ගැන මාරම මාර ආසාවක් ඇති වුණා.
ඒ ඇන්ටිගෙ ලස්සන ඇග එහෙන් මෙහෙන් සමහර දාට දැකපු නිසා. ඒ ඇග දකින හැම මොහොතකම මට හිතුනෙ අංකල් නම් මාර ලකී කියලා. මේවගේ කඳකට තලන්න තියෙනවනම් ඉති නියමයි කියලා.
ඒත් ඉතිං ඇන්ටි මට තියෙන ආදරේ හින්දා ඒ සියල්ල යටපත් කර ගෙන සිටියා.
