True! attitudes matter

Hans makes some good points here (it's better if he remained unbiased with his decisions). Number portability is a promising step in the right direction. But, let’s be real, expecting quick changes is tough with how messed up the public sector is and the state of the economy right now. Taking it slow with a solid action plan is super important. If India can address these issues, we also have the potential to do so.
