This is a left hand drive bus. It also indicates South Yorkshire Transport and the roads look distinctly British. As far as I know, there have never been any LHD buses in the UK. It would be simply dangerous.
Either this is a cleverly faked image or something was seriously messed up in Yorkshire.

Ashok Leyland was a private company from the beginning. Since 1980s, its owned by Hinduja Group. That's why Ashok Leyland survived and British Leyland died.
