also u forgot... after 1024kbps it shows 1mbps... it will mbps not kbps after that..
I can see your net connection connected through Ethernet And maximum transfer rate of normal Ethernet link is 10Mbps not 19.24 unless you have gigabit ethernet port,cables & a modem.. LOL

That speed is impossible in ADSL unless you sitting on a SLT server...
