2010/11 Model ---- Allion or Premio ??

Hi Guys,

I looking forward to shift to a new vehicle in the coming weeks.
My budget is around Rs. 4 mn
Currently the options I'm looking at are either Allion or Premio 2011/10 models ..

Car lovers & Experts ...
Pls advise which to buy or are there better options than these two ..

borth are good, premio is bit expensive than Allion

both are coming with mostly same options, but premio is bit more expensive and outer look bit better than Allion(for me)
