66.3 Muralitharan to Taylor, 2 runs, dropped by Thushara at mid-off. It was tossed up and Taylor completely mistimed his lofted shot and Thushara backpedalled and made a mess of a regulation catch. Nerves all around.

69.1 Vaas to Ramdin, 1 run, Dropped by Silva at covers. Another one goes down. Slightly difficult though. It was driven hard to his right and he dived but couldn't hold on. Not too far from him but not too close either.

Muralitharan to Taylor, SIX, Wow! A stunning shot over deep midwicket boundary. It was tossed up, on the leg and middle and Taylor just picked it over the on side. The back leg was lifted in the air and the bottom hand came took over. There was a deep midwicket fielder but he could only watch

Vaas to Taylor, OUT, Gone this time. Finally, they get a lbw decision. Plumb as they come. It landed on the middle and off and curved in to strike him on the middle stump line. Again, he had pressed that left leg too much across and the bat couldn't come across the pad in time. Vaas strikes.

Muralitharan to Ramdin, OUT, Caught at slip. Done in by the topspinner. He went round the stumps and ripped a toppie on the off stump and Ramdin pushed inside the line, playing for the off break, it went with the angle and a easy catch to Mahela
