    don't know about this.

anyway I feel he made quite an impact.
To the world and also to the rap industry.
Him & Biggie made two sides of the same country revolt against each other.

But their music is legendary. You don't hear that kind of music these days

yeah he was one of the best hip hop artists ever.

but he surely wasn't a philanthropist

from his own words "how can he be a philantrophist when he has 40 million?"

    1. He drew up the "Code of Thuglife" with his step father. This code helped the community in many ways. I suggest u do a google search about it. It was designed to stop gang violence, stop drug dealling to underage kids, stop rapes & woman abuse, bridge the gap between bloods & cips etc.

    2. While he was in jail he spoke about doing many different projects & one being with Malcom X's daughter which he was in contact with.

    3. Big Frank's niece won the opportunity to "make a wish" in the "Make a wish foundation". She is disabled. Her wish was to see Janet Jackson. Janet cancelled in the last minute. This made the girl very upset that her make a wish was not important enough to come true. Pac was pissed off & told Frank to bring his niece to the studio. She spent an entire day with 2pac in the studio.

    4. A boy called Joshua was dying in hospital. He was sick. His last wish was to see 2pac. 2pac recieved a letter from the boys parents describing his wish. 2pac put everything on hold & flew to go see this boy before he died. After the boy died 2pac renamed his publishing company from Ghetto Gospel Music to "Joshua's Dream".

    5. His company "Euphanasia" did many different community projects. Look it up. He sponsored many different projects from movie projects, bankrolling sporting teams, set up toll free numbers for troubled kids to call him PERSONALLY, he also set up free performances for schools & the only way to attend was if ur grades were at least a c average.

    6. I recall reading many years ago that 2pac rented out an indoor basketball court & filled the place with food so homeless people had a place to eat for a day. I cnt remember if this was confirmed or not though becuase I read about it a long time ago & cant remember. It was the 1st story I heard about his charity/contribution work.

    7. His lyrics have helped the community more than any other person in the music business. He educates, inspires & motivates.

    8. 2pac was an active member of one of the Panther groups, cant remember which one. He gave talks & lectures often.

    9. He was getting ready to be involved in politics & setup his own political party & really be able to help the community.

    10. 2pac was broke. He was living off credit. All his music money was going to court cases & lawyers. Im sure u know he had alot of cases & as a result his money would be depleted. His movie money was going to his mother & family. He didnt have much money to give personally. He did what he could with what he had. He gave as much money as he could personally but majority of his work was giving his time & putting together companies & foundations.

If he was alive 2day he would have more money than Diddy & Jay z. These guys have half a billion dollars. If 2pac had half a billion dollars the world would be a better place.

    quoted of course
