8 Series GPUs?

EPSI/Asus Center should have a 8800 GT or GTS or GTX definitely, but not sure if you can bear the huge premium they ask for them.

On a side note,

Just found.Silverstone dont make good things everytime.Striders are good but some others made crap.Anyway You will only have ASUS PSUs that are good to power a PC.Others are all junk.Even I use a 2nd tier PSU made by Atrix.LOL.It is serving good and well.I run the rig for 10 hours a day for two years,still going good.

My 500W is still doing fine too. Had to buy a stupid 20 to 24 pin converter as I wasn't sure if the mobo would be "happy" with the 20pin power connector, even though it should work fine.

Here NEAT PSU/monitor repair technician(Commonly known as an idiot) converts the 20 pin PSus into 24pin PSUs.Good way of identifying is the extra added 4pin is UV green in colour. At first we were like WTF ,then accepted it as already LK ppl use junk .
And One of my friends who import(ed) things from china,Once thought of bringing PSUs here as of the huge price here.He asked for 400W PSUs then they were same price as here.When he said that the agent asked him Where he is from.When he said Lk the agent had said"Oh,they re sticker the 150W PSUs as 400W and take em.Here are those PSUs and smiled".My friend said"Mama nondiyatama vashpa vela giya"

there the only people selling all highend computer parts in sri lanka.

cuz there the only one there prizes are also highend.

Better pay 13000 for Foxconn 8500GT 512MB coz it has the same Bandwidth and memory speeds,Better quality with hardware,can go with 21" screens without fear and 3 years warranty.

fps is around 20 when i played crysis.....
at 1150x860 on my 8800gts...

I saw the benchmarks, not that impressive. It was only about 40% (in some cases 20% or less) faster than an Ultra, that is two GPUs running togehther. But I guess the price will decide.

TBH, the 8500GT in general isn't worth spending on if you're going to play games, its either an 8600GT (or higher) or nothing, might as well settle for a 7800 rather than buying an 8500.

3870X2 is actually running in Crossfire mode, so you need the proper driver support and game support for it to show any speed boost over the signal "card" counterpart (3870)

TBH, the 8500GT in general isn't worth spending on if you're going to play games, its either an 8600GT (or higher) or nothing, might as well settle for a 7800 rather than buying an 8500.

TBH, even the 8800GT is too "old" for me...If you can't play at least one current game at 30FPS, that sux! (talking about none other than Crysis )
