අරන් අවුරුදු 3ක් විතර වෙනව.

දැන් ඒක on කරම on වෙන්නෙ නෑ.

හිටි ගමන් on වෙනව.

Charge එකත් full තියෙන්නෙ.

ඒක හදාගන්නෙ කොහොමද ?

Could be a hardware issue.. Anyway try this.

Unplug AC power adapter.
Is there a battery reset pinhole on the back of the Acer?
Insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power.
Connect the AC adapter and power on the system

If this has to be done repeatedly - you got to take it to a service centre. You cannot remove the battery and try on your own. Access only from inside.
You have to open it both from the back and the front keyboard side as well. Unless you know how, it's difficult.
