ADSL Error 619

I am using SLT ADSL HOME package.(unlimited) ..
Up to now it has been giving me the ERROR 619 while i'm connecting at the regular intervals. it means to - Port Disconnected...!! so far I have faced this issue 7 times. in my 3 year ADSL experience.!

so, after calling 1243 , they always reset the password and send me the technicians all the times most of them has unable to fix the issue. and gone away by saying bla bla bla....
but after 2 or 3 days it has been recovered automatically....

so then what is the fact of giving ERROR 619 and as well as 633 ??? any body knows..??​

They came today also and reboot the area data card .. then my bug was successfully solved... why this error giving me usually?

Error 619 - The port was disconnected

This error can be resolved by following these steps:

· Restart your computer and wait until all applications have completely loaded before trying to reconnect.
· Check your modem and phone cables are connected securely.
· If your problem has still not been resolved uninstall and reinstall your Broadband modem. For information on how to do this please refer to the ADSL modem setup instructions or the installation cd that was provided with your modem

none of these methods worked for my bug.....
it solved after rebooting the area card. by SLT!!! only!
