this looks like a ADSL router. not a modem.
There should be a web based control panel for that. you can configure it from that.

if thats really a modem, then you'll need the modem driver and the controlling software installed and you will be able to set the ADSL link using the software that comes with the modem.

In most of the case this should be a ADSL router. I guess it because it has one ethernet port as well as a reset button next to it. Also there should be a firmware in this module which you can configure by logging in as explained by Tharinda76. But I cannot exactly say the IP as 192.168.1.1 because that changes from product to product. Also I went to your product link but it was in chinese that couldn't get any sence.

Or else if it is a modem as you say, there should be a software to install in windows and configure with ADSL u/n and pwd.

Before trying to configure the router, pls reset the router by presing the small button next to ethernet port for about 5~10 sec continuously.

To configure the router set your ip setting in windows as static as 192.168.1.2 and s.mask as 255.255.255.0 and try to load the ip 192.168.1.1 in your browser.
If it prompts for an authentication, you got it........the ip connnectivity OK. then put the details as mentioned by Tharinda76.
If you didn't get any authentication........ then you have to try again......with some other iP such as 192.168.10.2 with the same mask and try to load the ip 192.168.10.1 as in the same way.

Most of the products come with an ip in the range 192.168.x.x range.....

    Goodluck..........
