ඕකට අනුව උබට අවුරුදු 3+ ඉන්න වෙනවා පඩිය 80,000 කරගන්න. (ඒකත් උබ QA වලට අල්ලලා ගියොත් තමයි නේ ?? ඒ risk ගන්න වෙනවා උඹට.)

Salary mainly depends on the company policy.

Good companies recruit well Talented and Skilled people and they pay them well.

good companies for QA (SQA salary goes 100000 + ) wso2 , pearson , ecollege , ebuilder , exilesoft , Navantis , Apona ( intel ) etc .. there are many more. and good for career development

If someone think of going to QA career below are my advice

1. focus on automation from the beginning
2. Change the company in every 2 years in your first 10 years
3. Complete professional QA exam CTFL / CTAL etc (more info : http://www.sl-stb.org/)
4. If your work experience stagnating ( doing the same manual testing every day and no career growth ) think of changing the company
5. Find a company with mature qa leads, you have lot to learn from them.
6. Respect developers. So they will back you when releases are fucked up in production.

If you are a Talented one my estimation for QA salary like below

1. Starting ( AQA ) - 30,000 +
2. 2 Years experience QA - 60 000 +
3. 3 year experience QA - 80 000 +
4. 4 year experienced SQA 100 000 +
5. 5 years + SQA or AQL 150 000 =+
6. QA leads 180 000 +
