Airetel May month bill showing connection as 1.8MBPS

Today I got my airtel bill, It's showing my connection as unlimited data plan 1.8MBPS but when I went to buy the package they said it's 3.6MBPS unlimited data package that's the reason I bought it. After April my maxium data transmission is 1.8MBPS it wont go higher.

I just talk to airetel customer service and they dont have clue abt it
typical customer service

please check your May airtel bill (2nd page). Any one is having this issue.

Yeah well mchan i'm not sure bt I thnk itz because they getting the Banwidth still from SLT, they sharing a banwidth of 100Mbps. Thatz the totall banwidth for AIrtel.....Well i'm also using this shit letz hope it'll get better soon....!

It's not cheap I am paying 1750 for connection. I can get SLT ADSL 512 connection with that amount at least there link stable. I am only getting higher bandwidth in the morning like 1am - 3am rest of the day it's nearly 25 - 45KB

why there advertising 3.6MBPS and in the bill they say 1.8MBPS
so they are officialy acceptting they only give 1.8MBPS
