machan im using airtel 45 rupees.

Even i get the problem. Actually i asked the airtell customer care fellas as to why this happens..

They advise that the bandwidth given our setting is different from the one they give for airtel broadband users.

So, when their is loads of users then there is packet loss ... u can use a windows 7 bandwidth speek checker n notice that the connection falls every seconds and that why youtube doesnt load.

and on a gud day it goes untill 1.6mb wage
