NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Bharti Airtel Ltd, India's top telecoms firm, expects to roll out services in neighbouring Sri Lanka soon after inter-connection issues with local telecom firms were sorted out, a top official said on Monday.
"We find the (Sri Lankan) regulator extremely supportive." Manoj Kohli, Chief Executive Officer of Bharti Airtel, told reporters at an industry conference.
Inter-connection issues have been nearly sorted out out and the roll out was likely by December 2008, he said.
