this is not the facebook chatbar. This is a 3rd party chatbar that can be integrated with vbulletin as well as some other CMS systems.
You can have a free version that allows only up to 10 concurrent users. The unlimited version (which is used in EK) is a paid service.

Its not a paid service bro, its running from our server.
But it suck all the system resources since we have large crowd chatting using that bar.
