Now I will be surprised if all the important components in any thing is manufactured by one company.
Airbus, Boeing, get parts from Chinese manufactures
Toyota- Nisssan, BMW etc remember faulty Takata Air Bags again from China
Apple also get parts from others (even from rivals Samsung who got the best display in the market)
But I agree Apple does it better than others(at least this is their marketing slogan too. So they can stay in top charging exorbitant prices !!
We need to emulate their culture to be the best in what you do.
I do not like their planned obsolesce of products (remember when they slow down old model when new one came! which they admitted in Court !) and also their components are also made differently so that there is no compatibility in (nuts etc) with industry. There is right to repair , which they ignore. Any repair at their agents are also highly inflated. So I do not buy Apple products on principle.

Totally Agree.

I used 3 Android phones before switching to apple.

1. Samsung Note 2
2. One plus one
3. LG G5

All had issues, never lasted with me for more than a year.

Bought an iPhoneX in 2018 and I'm still using it, no issues. I don't think I'll ever want to switch to an android phone again, don't wanna take the risk, feels lazy to go through all the shits though

Yep, I was an Android user (fanboy) for last 10 years who engages in online iOS vs Android war often

My 15 month old S20 Ultra (November) and my wife's 11 month old (July) died with white/green display issue. Happily both were under warranty and one time screen replacement extended warranty, so got the OLED replaced within a week. This is a common issue Exynos 990 variants as it overheats and melts the glue which connects the OLED panel and eventually damages the OLED.

But I sold both of them and switch to iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12. It was hard for me to get used to the UI first and I think I will not regret the decision. Thanks to Samsung and Exynos on making an Android fanboy to switch to iPhone.

PS - Yes, my iPhone friends with whom I have had arguments before are laughing at me
