Mainly because of these two bestsellers, Ubisoft has record conversions. In Europe, Ubisoft made 51% more conversion than on the remainder of the world. Because of these statistics, we can be confidently to see Assassin's Creed 2 soon - without EA Games as the main publisher.

Because the team that has developed Assassin's Creed is now developing the new Prince of Persia game, there will be a new team working on Assassin's Creed 2. The sequel to Assassin's Creed is already announced but until now, nobody can say who will work on Assassin's Creed 2.
