And do you think a person who buys a high end card would care for a lifetime warranty, unless ofcourse you wanna keep your VGA for the next 20 years!!!

Also then why do you sell ASUS, Gigabyte, Samsung? those aren't US brands.. does that means you sell cheap quality too?

U didnt get what im saying, I dont tell that asian brands are not good. Even EVGA and XFX cards also made in Malaysia or China. What im saying is all the cards sent to USA are in top quality. Products selling in malaysia (not all) have lack of quality. U know, when we were starting our service we used to import form Malaysia due to low price. But most of ppl compain abour products, and finally we understood some product we received are factory refurbished. Who know what u get until u get it to your hands.

That's a problem with your contacts in Malaysia... not a problem with the stuff that sell here!!!

I don't understand how can you mistakenly buy factory refurbished products.. because for example if you buy a CPU, every CPU has its own code that need to be produced to them if and when you wanna claim warranty and comes with a complete package in a box with serial and all.... you know this right?

And be it CPU, VGA all is based on the same reference model so I don't see how manufacturer's can engineer US-ONLY-PRODUCT... So far I do not know such products... really... is there such a thing? But one thing could be true... the package extras in US could be more richer.. like free games.. freebies and stuff...

No one can give their own warranty because most of the products does not have factories in Malaysia.. if the product have some problem you've gotta send it to RMA which will take 3 weeks or so!!

Be it US, Malaysia or Singapore all products got defects, if not... like you say ASUS, Gigabyte etc. etc. should also give lifetime warranty for only US customers.. do they do that in US?

Exactly.. so what's the worry? as I know almost every authorize dealer in Malaysia provide standard warranty for all their products and the reseller before hand when they sell those items they will inform you.. if incase your product got any problem they would need 2 to 3 weeks to send it back to the factory and get you the replacement!

But they also give a type of warranty, that.... when buying the product we can let them know we don't want to wait for 3 weeks for the replacement.. then you can pay a bit extra (like Rs.30/= ) and then if ever your product got any problem you can change one to one over the counter! They do make money that way though...

Anyhow everything will be RMA through the dealer to the factory only!!

I wish you good luck in your sales in Sri Lanka.. but don't give the wrong perception to the buyers saying only US products are quality.... just because you have no way of importing it from countries which are more cheaper, infact you must try to get it from countries like Malaysia where it is cheap...

See how guys sell the same processor in SL local market for ~20,000/- (including shipping charge+custom duties+their profit) just for 1,500/-???? WOW???. Still do you guys say NO different between those?. If so, i wonder how do they get them for that price???

Does a worker working in Intel Plant in Malaysia gets the same pay as a worker in US plant? Labor is cheap in Asian countries... and so does other factors! Otherwise why would all of them have plants in CHINA? INDIA etc. etc. hence you can get it cheaper!

Besides if a Sri Lankan company sell it.. do you think they order 1 by one 1? the more quantity you import.... the more you profit..... because of less shipping charges, clearing charges, transportation charges etc.. etc..

I'll tell you why your CPU's are high.. because you wait for the order and bring it on demand.. in that case ofcourse its higher... but even then you can get it cheaper from Malaysia!! SERIOUSLY!!!

Ok, OK just 4get it bro, I do not like to argue with u guys ): We had all those bad experience importing from Singapore and Malaysia. We have lot of customers by now and still we are not even one year. Our hope is to offer good products for reasonable (as much as possible) to our customers.

If you guys have ideas to improve it, greatly appreciated.
