And if US were to manufacture the whole CPU in US... the cost would have been much greater, than it is now!

Current pricing for C2Q6600 in US retails around US$189.00, here in Malaysia it retails around RM 635.00 which converts to something like US$186.. so this the BIG difference that you talking about!!
