ok firstly ppl get ur facts straight. dialog was the main operator pushing for the CPP (calling party pays) system that makes incoming free for anyone. but it was tigo mobitel and huthch that said they dont agree... u ppl just say stupid remarks coz yall dont like dialog.. thats just dumb.. dont think of a brand think of the benefit u see and decide..
