I am not sure from where you get these information. There's no change to Dole.

there's some unofficial information, that they're trying to create the environment necessary for the dole to be offered again .. not within couple of years, but in the near future. They will cut down the PR places offered to non-english speaking nations drastically and will allow more English speaking persons to have the PR. So, the next decade might be the last chance for 3rd world countries to have a PR in such an awesome country. It'll be so difficult to have a PR in the future.

But you will most probably get ~10 pts for your experience.(But cannot guaranteed that as assessment bodies like ACS are deducting 2 yrs from total emplymnt years. )

lets face it ....they need to stop immigrants at one point because the economy is not catching up and it is a slump. I know it is hard for everyone but there is no option to stop it. I am in for temporarily stopping immigrants for at least 2 years. Its a sad thing for sri lankans but something has to start somewhere
