Questions Australian ACS එකෙන් accept කරන service letter එකක format එක මොකක්ද ( special situation )?

මචන්ලා,
next year වගේ Ausi යන්න try එකක් දෙන්න idea එකක් තියනවා .. හැබැයි පොඩි service letter අවුලක් තියනවා.

මේකයි සීන් එක ..
මගේ first job එක කලේ Singa startup එකක dev team එකේ. මෙහෙ company එක register කරලා තිබ්බේ එහෙ CTO director විදියට ඉදලා.. කොහොමහරි අවුරුද්දකින් පොර අයින් වෙලා වෙන එකෙක් CTO උනා.. එතකොට මෙහෙ තිබ්බ කලින් company එක වහලා, අලුත් නමකින් පටන් ගත්තා ඒ අලුත් CTO director විදියට..කොහොමහරි අවුරුද්දයි මාස 10ක් ඔහොම company දෙකේ නම් යටතේ වැඩ කළා (product එක එකමයි, mother company එක එකමයි ). ගිය අවුරුද්දේ June මුල ඒ company එක මෙහෙන් අයින් කරලා අපිව fulltime contract ගත්තා .. මම එහෙම contract හිටියේ මස 2යි . එතකොට EPF , ETF salary එකට add කරලා තමයි දුන්නේ. කොහොමහරි අවුරුදු දෙකම වැඩ කලේ එකම product එකේ.. සීන් එක තියෙන්නේ ඔය සීන් 3ටම 1 service letter එකයි තියෙන්නේ ඒ එහෙ company එකේ ලොක්කා sign කරපු එකක්.. එහෙ ලොක්කා දිගටම director පොර තාම ඉන්නවා ඒ product එකේ


පල්ලෙහා තියන එක තමයි එහෙ CEO දුන්න letter එක..මිනිහාගේ තමයි Singa තියන mother company එක + මිනිහගේ තමයි product එක.. ඒක හින්දා 3ම එකතු කරලා තමයි මිනිහා letter එක දුන්නේ ..... හැබැයි පොරට මගේ purpose එක කිව්වම පොර අලුත් එකක් එහෙ company Letter head එකක, seal එකක් එක්ක හරියට දෙන්නම් කිව්වා මේක වෙනස් කරලා.. හැබැයි format එක දෙන්න කිව්වා letter එකේ ..

මට දැන් දැනගන්න ඕනේ මම කොහොමද මේ letter එකේ company 3ම 1යි, 1 product එකකයි වැඩ කලේ එහෙම කියලා letter එකේ mention කරන්නේ reject නොවෙන හැටියට ? ලොකු උදව්වක් .. එහෙම නැත්තන් කොහොමද මගේ situation එකට match වෙන letter format එකක් හොයාගන්නේ ?

Thanks a lot.
I thought of doing it. But then I thought, what if they think that I'm lying or something and blacklisted me or something. I mean they might think why I'm asking them about the service letter and why I'm trying to get another letter after leaving the company 1 year back. That's the main reason I'm not contacting them.

Anyway, I'm not thinking about directly applying. Thinking about going as a dependent and get SE work and get the company to apply PR for me, but then again, this letter might be needed, no ? That's why I'm in a panic mode

I have noticed something else. Seems like you have totally less than 3 year experience.

How many total work experience you have? I mean from all in your career.

I'm asking that ACS usually cut off first two years as invalid.

For example, if you submit letters to prove that you have 5 years of experience, for example 2015 - 2020, they may say you have only 3 year experience.

Yea. I resigned last year August from this company. Until then I had 2 years exp working with them. From August 2020 I started my new job and currently working there. So ( Aug 2018 - Aug 2020 = 2 , Aug 2020 - current = 1 ), total 3 years

And yea, I know ACS cut down 1st 2 years. So, I have just 1 year of exp. But if this service letter fucks up, I have none :/
