law needs exact definitions and therefore they have given 2 different labels for people that are above 18 and below 18. there really isn't a huge difference between 2 persons who's ages are 18 is and 20. still it doesn't mean it's morally justifiable to enjoy someone being raped or even a willful sexual act that has been released without the consent of the participants.
