Batteries found on low budget hybrid vehicle are not suitable for our climate

i heard batteries used on low budget hybrid vehicles were not manufactured to suit the climatic conditions of countries like sri lanka.

i guess this information might be true.
Bcoz Hybrid car batteries given low performances when it get heat. that's why users were advised to use A/C always and clear the ventilation hole for battery... So low cost vehicles we cannot expect
