I had an Kindle Paperwhite, but I did not like it, because of not having native support for epubs and as well as exclusive integration with Amazon ecosystem. Which kind of sucks for me as I have lot of books in epub format and I love freedom.
Want to buy a Kobo. It can read any format apparently, and it is more open.

You can just convert them to .azw with a free online converter ne? I had no issues copying my epubs to the paperwhite.

Check if there are any firmware updates or unofficial firmware mods for your model machan.
Newer models fully support epub files, I'm using them on my paperwhite without any issues.

apple iPad වගේ මහා features මේකෙ නැහැ. E-ink technology එක නිසා ඊට ගැලපෙන දේවල් තමයි තියෙන්නෙ. ඒ නිසා තවත් විශේෂත්වයක් තමයි, අනවශ්‍ය දේවල් මේකෙ නෑ. ඒ කියන්නේ Social Media, ඉවරයක් නැති Notifications, Games අනන් මනනං මුකුත් නෑ.

කොහොම වුනත් Pros and Cons දෙකම මේකෙත් තියෙනව. පාවිච්චි කරන්නාගේ අවශ්‍යතාවයට ගැලපෙන විදිහ අනුව තමයි.

Tab එකෙන් කරන දේවල් කරන්න බැරි එක තමයි වාසිය. Books වලටම වෙනම ඩිවයිස් එකක් තියාගන්න එක හොඳයි distractions නැති කරගන්න. අනික E ink ඒවා ඇත්ත කොලයක් වගේ ලගින් යන්න හදල තියෙන්නෙ.
