I'm pretty sure the G31MX is capable of FSB400 (1600 QPed) which will get your Quad to 3.6GHz or E7200 to 3.8GHz

so what is the difference between da P35 chipset and da G31??

I'm sure you will have 6 hard drives, 12 USB devices and 2 VGA cards

Because even though 9400GT is released quite recently, it is slower than 8600GT

And I'm not saying you can't play Crysis on a decent VGA. You just need to buy a decent VGA. Bare minimum of a decent VGA is nVidia 9600GT or Radeon 3870/4830 .

the G31 does not support COre 2 Extreme(ViiV technology) procs and the P35 does support Core 2 extreme

and the p35 has more USB ports

p35 supports dual channel DDR 3 memory.. the G31 does not
