BitDefender Av on win 7

Hello,

I just installed Windows 7 and Bitdefender Total Security 2009. Everything in Bitdefender is working except the firewall that won't activate. I get the following error when I try to activate it:

Could not comunicate with Bitdefender Virus Shield service.

I've read some other post refering to the same problem but all of them are under Vista or XP, and usually have to do with Kaspersky having been previously installed, which is not my case.


I think Bd 2010 has a working firewall in win 7but dont know if the 2009patch works on it ???

r u sure ??? but i am satisfied with bit defender

no problem with it and i never get a virus attack with it (in previous vista os )

does nod 32 have a fire-wall and a registry control??
