80+ maybe true, but it doesn't say much. If they are not cheating, it should be over 80% for at least 75% of the load levels (say between 150W and 600W). If they are cheating, maybe it only reaches 80% at one particular (i.e. best efficiency) load. Say for example 400W. Who knows? Can't say anything without testing, right?
