I am planning to migrate to Canada within the next year, 2022

I will be 32 by then..

I have the option to topup my HND to a BSc or do a one year MSc directly by showing my 10 years work exp.

Which is the better? BSc toup or MSc?

(We will go through the study visa route, wife will go for an MA course in a Canadian university)

Machan don't delay , my suggestion is try to move asap, you can go there with the student visa then try hard to get it as an inland applicant over waiting for another two to three years & applying , I suggest this if you don't have kids bro

    Just leave this place asap
