C++ kiyanne bohoma limited area ekak. generally project base companies like Virtusa, you wont be able to build a career. may be puluwan wei eth amarui. c++ yanawa nam product base company ekakata yanna thama wenne. ethakota ape scope/ exposure eka adu wenawa. eka nisa hondata hithala balapan

join to a open source project and contribute which use C++ as the lang, so the communities will help (via mailing list/irc/skype) u to improve ur C++ skills, if u coming frm a java background better start with C++/Qt its very similar to java so u cud speed up ! gud luck..

btw : MIT malabe use C++/Qt as one of thr main langs, so thrs a big oppotunity if u knw C++ well .. and another company i knw is : atrenta spy glass company; so another good solution wud be is trying to get an internship in one of these companies..
