I posted my comments as you had asked for reps for someone else's work. Others being interested in that is not an issue.

A week after the original thread was on EK, I got the exact same article via an email as a PDF attachment and whoever who made that email has copied the post, as it appeared on EK, including the link. Thats why I told you if you got it PDF form, to check the top of the pages in the PDF file.
