    Fortunately or unfortunately i get to deep sleep sooner i m in bed. If you dont get sleep sooner you have the luxury of having fantacies and freedom to have endless thoughts without much disterbance.

    Hey are there any pills available for insomania or whatever.. cos i think i too have the same problem. but not on everyday though.. at some days it's very difficult to catch sleep.. what i do is, after some trying, go and have two panadols. thats my remedy for insomania..
    is it good or bad..

    No.. as i told you i don't get it everyday..maybe once or twice a week..
    BTW i'm not addicted to panadols.. just that it helps me to sleep peacefully..

    Sometimes its boring though. One main reason for regular sleep maybe routine stuff in life. Ah those days when dream girls spent endless nights in the bedroom walls and ceiling.

    takin paracetamol to help u sleep is a very bad practice..
    when u get a pain wat do u gonna take?
    gonna inject heroin or morphine?
    paracetamol is very bad for ur liver...
    if u take it too much.. it'll box ur kidneys and bunk ur liver...
    dont take paracetamol for anything other than a mild pain...


    seeing a psychiatrist is not the first u shud do..
    first go see a physician...
    he might redirect u to a neurologist and if the neurologist wouldn't find anything he'll redirect u to a psychiatrist...
    depending on ur mentality
    he'll prescribe u a sedative or a hypnotic drug for a short term..


    even if u have it couple of days...
    it might mean sth...

    wat if it, u have to got it in a day before exam..?
    u screwed right..??
    dont drink anything related to caffeine after 3.30pm afternoon..
    eg. coke, coffee, chocolate and famous energy drinks
    have a light meal, have a wash, do something relaxing and go to sleep...
    dont use the room u sleepin for anything except sleeping...

    follow these habits and im sure u'll be fine...
