Some techniques to falling asleep naturally with out medications are....
1) Taking a warm bath (but not too long) you mearly want to relax your body not exhaust it. Try using bath salts, or throw in Epson salts, or baking soda (about 1 cup) each... to relax you and help remove toxin's from your body.
2) If you can convince your spouse (Or whoever) to give you a massage or at least a short back rub, have them work out the tension from your muscles in your neck and shoulders.
3) Listen to music or other Audio.. to lull you to sleep.
4) Drink warm milk 15 min. prior to bed (Calcium helps your body to relax) I add Honey to my warm milk.........but if you don't like Milk...drink Herb Tea like Chamomile, Catnip, Anise, or Fennel
(Herb tea does not have caffeine)
