It is a good layout ,Just got attacked now and it was able to stop the basterd on solid 68% percent.Although the fucker got like 1700 dark But was really Happy bout the fact that he couldn't get all those 3 storages Btw I don't really understand those league concepts

yeah. preventing attackers getting to the complete loot should be the target. 3 stars does not matter. if they are getting the complete loot, let them get more than 90% which will give you complete shield at least.
different league level offers different offerings. crystal and above might be good for DE. but the opposition too will be strong. I personally prefer 1550 to 1650 range.

one more thing. if possible get the walls to lvl 9 before going to lvl 9 (I know this is very hard). but once you are in lvl 9 you'll be raided by lvl 9s mostly. TH9 has lvl 5 WB and you need three of them to break the walls not just two. if they need multiple break points they need to bring in more WBs and will cost on the troops. again this will slow down their kill squad thereby giving more time for your weak TH8 defenses to take them out.
but this is simply put, very hard thing to achieve.

I'm pushing towards the Crystal to get those 250 Gems,Gotta reduce the cups after that.I think I've got it.But the thing is I've been so addicted to COC ,I can't go past an hour without going for attacks

yeah. this layout can be easily gohogged. but who's gonna spend that much DE on me in multiplayer. GoHo is not very effective for looting coz unless you finish up all the defenses, you won't get any resources from hogs. if you spent most of the support offense on AQ, then you will not have enough support firepower to clean the base.

indeed if we use this base in war, this might get hogged very easily.
here are my last 6 defenses.

3rd one is a revenge attack which again failed. so i got attacked six times for almost 7 days. that is less than 1 defense per day.
