Normally you can get from 4000 $.
Amount will change depends on your experience and skill level.
For benefits, You will get 15 PTOs + US federal holidays.
Also you will get a development fund about 1500$ per year.

Work load depends on the project since this is a consulting firm.

I hv'nt tried the CrossOver. I heard CrossOver using screenshot and webcam monitoring during the work. Here at Clevertech they are not using any of it.

Also 48000 $ is the minimum .

I'm not updated with the current process, About 2 years ago I had 2 interviews + take home technical assignment.
No live coding at that time.

what are the 2 interviews what they ask in the interview . Is it though interviews or not?

First one was a HR type one.
Second one is a technical interview.
If you know the fundamentals then its easy to pass.
Most importantly its about communication. They expect us to be good at English because
We have clients in North American region.

JOKES ASIDE, I have couple of q's mchn, how do you normally create a CV so that they gonna definitely call us? Will a normal CV format (with photo and all the bla bla) work?

Are you work during in US hours or SL hours? Or is it flexible like we can work at anytime?
