This proves only one thing. We are gullible for advertising gimmicks. Isnt it an insult to human intelligence. If people can be fooled by such advertising the incentive is not to improve the product , but to improve advertising.
I think this is because of the traditional advertising had only paid medium and they were expensive. So, the sensible people could not air their views as freely as now , using social media.
This shows that any bad product can capture global market through advertising. Why cant we use the same lesson to promote Tea, Tourism -Sri Lanka, and good things like peace, loving kindness etc.
