At the CSE today the All Share Price Index lost ground by 0.54% while the MPI lost marginally by 0.01%. This is following some positive activities in the initial hours of trading in the market. Low value stocks gained investor interest, while mixed investor participation was evident. Foreign investors were on the selling side generating a net foreign outflow of Rs. 340 million. Bartleet Religare Stockbrokers advice Investors to focus on fundamentally strong counters that are trading at low multiples The day’s market turnover stood at Rs. 3.07 billion.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) by virtue of the powers vested in it under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act No. 36 of 1987 as amended, conducted an investigation pertaining to heightened trading activity and the unusual price escalation witnessed by the shares of Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide PLC, Touchwood Investments PLC and in the warrants of Environmental Resources Investments PLC during the period 1st July – 3rd August 2010.

The evidence elicited during the course of the aforesaid investigation suggested that the trades in some of the aforesaid securities which had been executed by five investment advisors amongst several (including a trainee investment advisor) representing three stock broking firms and two out of a large number of investors could possibly be construed as trades of a manipulative nature.

In the above circumstances, the Members of the Commission, at its 285th Meeting, held on 19th August 2011, having considered the matters highlighted in the investigation report decided to caution the five investment advisors and the two investors in writing. Accordingly, the said investment advisors as well as the investors were cautioned against execution of trades in future which can be perceived as manipulative.

Further, the Members of the Commission, at the above Meeting which was held on 19th August 2011, having considered the findings of an investigation pertaining to suspected market/price manipulation in the shares of MTD Walkers PLC during 11th – 19th January 2010 decided to issue Notice of Action to another investment advisor intimating that proceedings will be instituted against him in terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Act No. 36 of 1987 as amended. Consequently, Notice of Action was issued on the aforesaid investment advisor in respect of the contravention of Rule 12 of the SEC Rules published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1215/2 dated 18th December 2001.

මීට අමතරව, Dankotuwa Porcelain, Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide, Touchwood Investments සහ Environmental Resources Investments යන සමාගම්වල කොටස් මිල 2010 ජූලි කාලයේදී අසාමාන්‍ය ලෙස වැඩිවීම පිළිබඳවද සුරැකුම් පත් හා විනිමය කොමිසම විමර්ශනයක් කර ඇත.

මෙම විමර්ශනයෙන් පසුව මෙම සමාගම්වල කොටස් මිල සැක කටයුතු ලෙස ඉහළ දැමීමට සම්බන්ධ වූවා යැයි සිතන ආයෝජකයින් දෙදෙනෙකුට හා ආයෝජන උපදේශකයින් පස් දෙනෙකුට ලිඛිතව අවවාද කළබව විනිමය කොමිසම වැඩිදුරටත් සඳහන් කරයි.

වෙළඳපොළ වැටෙද්දී Blue Diamonds,JKH, Tess Agro ඉහළට

කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළ පහළ යාමේ ප්‍රවණතාවය අද දිනයේදීද දකින්නට ලැබුණු අතර වෙළඳ පොළ පිරිවැටුමද අඩුවුණි.

මේ අනුව, අද ගනුදෙනු අවසානයේදී සමස්ත මිල දර්ශකය සියයට 0.50 කින් අඩුවූ අතර එය දැක්වුණේ ඒකක 6,895.61 ක් ලෙසිනි.

මිලංක මිල දර්ශකයද ඒකක 6,227.65 වෙමින් සියයට 0.68 කින් පහළ ගියේය.

අද දිනයේදී වෙළඳ පොළ පිරිවැටුම දැක්වුණේ රුපියල් බිලියන 1.6 ක් ලෙසින් වන අතර Blue Diamonds Jewellery සමාගමේ ඡන්ද රහිත කොටසක මිල ශත 10 කින් වැඩිවී කොටසක මිල රුපියල් 5.10 ක් ලෙසත් ජෝන් කීල්ස් සමාගමේ කොටසක මිල ශත 60 කින් ඉහළ ගොස් රුපියල් 218.80 ක් ලෙසත් දැක්වුණි.

ගනුදෙනු වූ ජෝන් කීල්ස් සමූහ ව්‍යාපාරයේ කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය 850,000 කි.

මීට අමතරව, Tess Agro සමාගමේ කොටස් මිලියන 15.4 ක් ගනුදෙනු වෙමින් එම කොටසක මිල ශත 50 කින් ඉහළ ගොස් කොටසක මිල රුපියල් 5.80 ක් විය.

කොටස් වංචාවන්ට දඩ ගසන ක්‍රමයට හර්ෂ විරුද්ධ වෙයි

කොටස් ඇතුළු සුරැකුම් පත් වංචාවන් සඳහා ලංකාව විසින් පනවන දඩ මුදල් ප්‍රමාණවත් නොවන නිසා එම දඩ මුදල් වැඩිකළ යුතු බවත් එවැනි වංචාවන් මගින් උපයන ආදායම් මෙම දඩ මුදල් වලට වඩා බෙහෙවින් වැඩි බවත් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රීවරයෙකු කියයි.

එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂ පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ආචාර්ය හර්ෂ ද සිල්වා මේ බව අවධාරණය කරන අතර ඔහු මෙහිදී පෙන්වා දෙන්නේ නිසි වේලාවට තොරතුරු නොදීමේ වරදට Environmental Resources Investments සමාගමට සහ එහි අධ්‍යක්ෂවරුන් තිදෙනෙකුට සුරැකුම් පත් හා විනිමය කොමිෂන් සභාවට පැනවූ රුපියල් මිලියන 10 ක දඩ මුදල ප්‍රමාණවත් නොවන බවයි.

2003 වසරේදී මෙරට සුරැකුම් පත් හා විනිමය කොමිෂන් සභා පනත සංශෝධනය කරන විට කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළේ වාර්ෂික පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් බිලියන 73 ක් පමණද දෛනික පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් මිලියන 307 ක් පමණද වුවත් 2010 වනවිට වාර්ෂික පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් බිලියන 570 ක් හා දෛනික පිරිවැටුම රුපියල් මිලියන 2400 ක් වැනි විශාල සංඛ්‍යාවක් දක්වා වැඩිවී තිබෙන බව මන්ත්‍රීවරයා කියයි.

මේ අනුව, සමාජයේ ගරු බුහුමන් ලබන දූෂිත පුද්ගලයින් සමාගම්වල අභ්‍යන්තර තොරතුරු වංචා සහගත ලෙස ලබාගෙන හෝ වෙනත් අයුතු ක්‍රියා මාර්ග වලින් දිනක කොටස් ගනුදෙනුවකින් පමණක් රුපියල් මිලියන ගණනින් ලාබ ලැබීම කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළේ මේ වනවිට සාමාන්‍ය දෙයක් වී ඇතැයි පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ආචාර්ය හර්ෂ ද සිල්වා නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කරමින් පෙන්වා දී තිබේ.

මෙවැනි මහා පරිමාණයේ වංචාවන් සඳහා මෙතරම් සුළු දඩ මුදලක් නියම කිරීමෙන් එවැනි වංචා නතර කිරීමට පිටුවහලක් නොලැබීම කණගාටුවට කරුණක් බව මෙහිදී මන්ත්‍රීවරයා වැඩිදුරටත් පවසා තිබේ.

ඔහු අවධාරණය කරන්නේ සුරැකුම් පත් හා විනිමය ගනුදෙනු සම්බන්ධයෙන් සිදුකරන මෙවැනි වංචාවන් සඳහා පනවන උපරිම දඩ මුදල රුපියල් මිලියන 100 ක් දක්වා ඉහළ දැමිය යුතු බවයි.

සුරැකුම් පත් හා විනිමය කොමිෂන් සභාවේ හිටපු අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල්වරයෙකු වන නීතීඥ අරිත වික්‍රමනායක මහතා පසුගියදා කොළඹදී පැවති සමුළුවකදී අදහස් දක්වමින් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළ නිසි නියාමනයක් හා විනයක් නොමැති කමින් වැසිකිලි වලකට සමාන වී තිබෙන බවට දැක්වූ කරුණු වල සත්‍යතාවයක් තිබෙන බව මෙහිදී ආචාර්ය හර්ෂ ද සිල්වා කියා ඇත.

වැලිබල් සමූහයේ මූල්‍ය තරුව දිදුලයි

වැලිබල් සමාගම් සමූහයට අයත් වැලිබල් මූල්‍ය සමාගමේ ශුද්ධ ලාභය 2011 ජුනි 30 වනදාට අවසන් වන කාර්තුවේදී සියයට 139 කින් වැඩිවී රුපියල් මිලියන 48.1 ක්වී තිබේ.

සමාගම විසින් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළට ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබෙන ගිණුම් වලින් මේ බව අනාවරණය වන අතර මෙම කාර්තුවේදී සමාගම බදු වලට පෙර රුපියල් මිලියන 88 ක ලාභයක් වාර්තා කිරීමට සමත්ව ඇත.

මෙම කාර්තුවේදී සමාගමේ අදායම් සියයට 84 ක් වැනි විශාල ප්‍රමාණයකින් වැඩිවී රුපියල් මිලියන 236.6 ක්වී තිබෙන අතර ගිය වසරේ අදාළ කාර්තුවේදී ලබා තිබුණේ රුපියල් මිලියන 128.4 ක ආදායමකි.

මෙහිදී, සමාගමේ පොලී ආදායම් රුපියල් මිලියන 216.2 ක් දක්වා සියයට 75 කින් වැඩිවී තිබෙන අතර පොලී වියදම රුපියල් මිලියන 97 ක් දක්වා සියයට 81 කින් වර්ධනය වී තිබේ.

මේ අනුව, මෙම කාර්තුවේදී වැලිබල් මූල්‍ය සමාගමේ ශුද්ධ පොලී ආදායම සියයට 70 කින් වැඩිවී එම ආදායම රුපියල් මිලියන 119 ක් දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් ඇත.

මීට අමතරව, මෙම ගිණුම් වාර්තා වලින් හෙළිවන්නේ සමාගමේ අනිකුත් මෙහෙයුම් ආදායම් මෙම කාලයේදී සියයට 330 කින් වර්ධනය වී රුපියල් මිලියන 20.4 ක්වී තිබෙන බවයි.

මෙම කාර්තුවේදී සමාගමේ කොටසකට අදාළ ලාභය සියයට 79 කින් ඉහළ ගොස් කොටසකට අදාළව රුපියල් 4.64 ක ලාභයක් ලබා තිබෙන අතර ගිය වසරේ අදාළ කාලයේදී ලබා තිබුණේ රුපියල් 2.58 ක කොටසකට අදාළ ලාභයකි.

මෙම කාර්තුවේදී සමාගමේ වත්කම් සියයට 23 කින් වැඩිවී වත්කම් වල වටිනාකම රුපියල් බිලියන 4.7 ක් දක්වා වැඩිවී තිබීම කැපී පෙනේ.

මෙහිදී, සමාගමේ සියළුම අංශවල පාහේ කැපී පෙනෙන වර්ධනයක් තිබෙන අතර කුලීපිට ගැනුම්, කල්බදු, තැන්පතු, යන ක්ෂේත්‍ර මේ අතර වේ.

මෙම කාර්තුව ආරම්භයේදී සමාගමේ කල්බදු හා කුලීපිට ගැනුම් අංශයේ වත්කම රුපියල් බිලියන 03 ක්වී තිබුණත් කාර්තුව අවසාන වනවිට එය රුපියල් බිලියන 3.6 ක් දක්වා වර්ධනය වී තිබේ.

එසේම තැන්පතු ප්‍රමාණය රුපියල් බිලියන 2.59 ක සිට රුපියල් බිලියන 2.92 ක් දක්වා මෙම කාර්තුවේදී සියයට 13 කින් වර්ධනය වී තිබෙන අතර අක්‍රීය ණය අනුපාතය සියයට 1.02 ක් දක්වා අඩුවී ඇත.

වැලිබල් මූල්‍ය සමාගමේ පාලිත කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය වන සියයට 72.87 ක් අයත් වන්නේ වැලිබල් ඉන්වෙස්ට්මන්ට් පුද්ගලික සමාගමටයි.

GREG had a run so most exited, there was a PCH -Lionheart Crossing and the PCH seller was Rishan, GREG will go down more but keep in mind GREG is oversold at the moment so thats a good news. GREG is an Extremely risky share and another W conversion on November so better to sell before that or else deep shit machan

Sri Lanka stocks end down 0.5-pct
Sept 14, 2011 (LBO) - The slide in Sri Lanka's stock market continued Wednesday with turnover also falling amid continued trade in stocks that had attracted speculators, brokers said.
The main All Share Price Index fell 0.50 percent (34.43 points) to 6,895.61, while the more liquid Milanka index fell 0.68 percent (42.76 points) to close at 6,227.65, according to stock exchange figures.

Turnover was 1.6 billion rupees.

Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide non-voting shares were the most actively traded, with over 16.2 million shares done. It closed at 5.10 rupees, up 10 cents.

Blue Diamonds voting stock were also actively traded, with over 8.2 million shares traded, closing flat at 11.40 rupees.

Trading in John Keells Holdings accounted for the highest turnover with over 850,000 shares changing hands. It closed at 218.80 rupees, up 60 cents.

Speculative trade continued in Tess Agro with 15.4 million shares traded. It closed at 5.80 rupees, up 50 cents.

There were two crossings or off-market private deals of Distilleries Company of 350,000 shares at 175 rupees each. It closed at 175.10, up 10 cents.

2011.09.13 10.30am all the broker forum reseve a fax, from CSE (some brokers not inform it becouse they try to exite market with out lost) the NOTICE highly recommend clear the credit or if not cancel broker license,
