මචන් ටික දවසක ඉදලා මට මලපහ එක්ක ලේ යනව.රතුපාට fresh blood වගෙ තමා යන්නෙ.හැමදාම යන්නෙත් නැහැ ඉදල හිටල toilet යද්දී notice වෙනවා මම ඩොක්ට කෙනෙක් හම්බෙන්න ගියා doctor මට Colonoscopy එකක් කරගන්න ලියල දුන්න.දැන් ප්‍රශ්නේ මචන් මම නෙට් එකෙ බලපු හැම තැනම තියෙන්නෙ Colonoscopy වලට යන්න කලින් පොඩ්ඩක් දෙපාරක් හිතල බලන්න ටූල්ස් හරියට sterilize කරලා නැත්තම් sexually transmitted diseases පවා අපිට හැදෙන්න පුලුවන් කියලා. macho do the colonoscopy. if you pass fresh blood it means its bleeding from lower part of gut. capsular endoscopy is done to see the upper and middle gut (because endoscope is not long enough). they clean the scopes well

There's a risk in everything and anything. Walking along on the road is a risk but you got to take it.
The fact is, that the sensitivity of capsule endoscopy for detecting colonic polyps, advanced adenomas, and colorectal cancer is relatively low in comparison with colonoscopy. Also there's CT colonography (CTC) too which is a bit less sensitive than the CCE.

It can be hemorrhoids or even intestine cancer. So get it checked. You can consult Prof Deen @ Asiri Surgical. He is the best.
