1. https://www.google.com/search?q=fugacode - Almost non existent search results for the "World's 1st Development Platform".

2. The domain is registered under their company name (https://who.is/whois/puresrilankanmetal.com), so the buyer is not the domain owner.

3. It appears that they are only reselling domains through https://www.realtimeregister.com/ , who have domains for $8.22, which is cheaper than the 1500 indicated here (8.22 USD is 1265.88 LKR at 154 USD/LKR).

4. Partner IDs - Pretty suspicious. OP, please post links to the relevant pages.

I'd happily recommend you if you were humble and honest. There are many domain sellers in Sri Lanka, and you bring absolutely nothing new. Nada.zilch.

Yeah I saw it. You are a 'registered' partner. There are 5 tiers. According to Amazon you cant use the Amazon Partner Network Logo with a 'registered' account.
You dont even get listed on Amazon Partner Network, just come up when you search and says 'registered tier'

What does this prove? https://who.is/whois/zaharainternational.biz . RealTimeRegistrar is the registrar, and it says nothing about your company. For what I see, you are a reseller just like the thousand others.
