Dear Bro that is what you think. If you take software like lumion its developed for Gaming GPU more than NVIDIA workstation GPU, same way their are single core application and multi core application. So if you application is Single core application its better you go with Intel. This is how you need to select. But today no one looks at this. They only look what the other man is telling or using. The shop guy also does not know, so he will say what he has most moving item as the best.

1. Get AMD I was going for the 7900 non x model which is a 65W TDP processor with almost the same performance as 7900x now i am looking at 9900x which is in paper i know 5-10% improvement but going for the latest gen rather than going for old gen
2. avoid intel at any cost or wait for arrow lake what ever people says its a proven fact the 13 and 14 gen processors are roasting and intel even doesn't provide warranty
3. get 6000mhz cl30 memory more than enough for the time being you can always upgrade DDR5 memory is are cheap now compared to the launch
3. think of a better PSU 850+ is better 4070 tend to have higher power draw spikes
4. Storage is not enough ne get a another cheap m.2 drive

are you going to get them from SL or at least import few items from abroad
