Computer Hardware Problem

Dear EK friends
Recently I installed a new DVD writer (SATA) on my PC which runson ABIT S80 mother board. This particular MB have 2 IDE and 2 SATA ports. My hard disk plugged to IDE and works fine. However, new DVD writer not working though recognized in BIOS setup and boot screen. Actually the system recognize the DVD as another hard disk. I updated BIOS but no success.
Anyone familiar with the issue please help me to get this corrected.

Al last got it machan...
Advanced BIOS features wala Drive eka select karala Extended IDE "Auto" kiyala thibba eka "None" kala... kisima awabodhayak athuwa kala deyak neme!

If you cant fix it give it a a PRO shop or Machn better get a new mobo a normal one will do its costing about 3-5K
