1. Delete all the temporary files. Start > Search Disk Clean Up or you can CCleaner. If you use CCleaner you can use the same for fix registry issues as well. It is free.
2. Uninstall all the unused programs. If you have install heavy games then this might slow down your computer. Only remove the once that you dont use regularly.
3. Then Still if you find it slow. Try to run antivirus program (AVG, KasperSky or Malware byte or all the 3 one after another might help you to detect any visrus problem in your computer.)
4. Also you can loginto safe mod and see if it runs faster than normal boot up. Then it mean your computer is infected with virus or one of th e installed program is causing the problem ...
