Check clearly. There is no off peak metering in SLT. They have peak download and Others which include upload and off peak down load. Total is the sum of Peak +others ( See at their web site.) This happened to me too.

I had the same problem & talked to SLT hotline on this matter

The idea I got is
When you use the offpeak hours exceeding the offpeak quota (in web family exceeding 10GB) it will be reduced from the total usage (indirectly from the peak usage) yet the peak usage meter doesn't get adjusted accordingly ..
