From what I heard, work life balance is good, culture is good, but salaries are not competitive. As I got to know, recent graduates are getting a considerable higher package(near 3laks) comparing to a package of an employee with 5 years of experience is getting(around 4.5laks). I would say if you are an experienced developer looking for SSE or above, look elsewhere, but if you don't mind the lower packages and want a good work life balance, then this may be the place.
