I have brought an item from daraz around Sep 10 Order no 204618258519756 . And delivered 16 Sep and item was faulted and I have initiated a return request. But after few days on 27th Sep they have cancelled my order without giving any reason.
Then I contacted the hot line chat service and they said send the bank details and they will initialize the refund from their side. But nothing happened.
And I have contacted again. They have initialize the refund from their side. And cancelled again and reason mentioned 'This is regarding order number 204618258519756 , item SKU - 113620543_LK-1024856178 Return Pickup. We have try through 4 attempts to collect the package but all attempts are failed there for we won’t be able to facilitate any pickups for this package and we have canceled your return request'
But no one was called, emailed or came to collect the items. And then I contact hotline chat again and they said its a system issue and the have initiated it again. And again cancelled for the 4th/5th time. I have contact again for the 6th time they dont gives any reason. they dont accept the returns for the faulted item. I have initiated the return within few hours I received the item with the original condition.
Simply they just time pass and by providing fake and cheaper services. here is the last conversation I had with them. Any experience do you have with daraz with this cheap and cheating customers. I will not use daraz anymore. What a cheap service offering. There are more screenshots from previous chat. I haven`t include them this is the last chat just a while ago I had. This is not all about Rs 4000 bug. How may times they have done this to other. In earlier also i was tried to return item because they have send china cheaper brand instead of ordered brand. but i forget it due to lockdown those days. Looks like they do to everyone all the time. Defiantly we can not trust daraz, problem is can we trust other web sites if the online business is line this in sri lanka? thoughts guys? and what we can do. I will write this in their FB page as well. definitely the will remove. At least they dont accept negative reviews. only approves positives reviews
