Nop, they exist for real. These fellows don't drink blood. Since blood is essential for life and they suck up the psychic life force, the aura, they still qualify as Vampires. Anyone can become a Psychic Vampire. It is like a, sort of religion. I know a couple of Psi vampires personally, myself. But I don't follow it. I prefer absorbing the life force from the nature to get boosted up.
