Wireless N is a newer technology that has better performance and a better range (distance) than g. Most N routers have two aerials that allow it to transmit dual signals which equal much faster reception rates on appropriate N network cards, meaning you will only be able to utilize N's full capability when your card connects to an N router. The card is backwards compatible however and will function in reduced performance a, b, or g modes. In your list the first two cards are N but one is Intel brand and the other Dell. The last one is a g card. They allow you to connect to a wireless router or hotspot. If all you are going to do is surf the Internet the less expensive g card will be sufficient, if you plan on doing large file tranfers between computers you may want to opt for the wireless N card and wireless N router.
