Yes machan 1990 ambulance wala thiyenne AED kiyala thama thiyenne un video eke pennanne "Manual external defibrillator" kiyanan eka eka tikak amarui thama Butමචන් මෙතන කියන්නේ PAD (Public Access Defibrillator) එකක් යොදා ගෙන කරාට කමක් නැ කියලා නේද...!
